When I try to install DevStyle 2022.6.13a on a fresh install of NXP’s MCUXpresso 11.6.0 or 11.6.1 on MacOS Big Sur, I get the following error:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: DevStyle (includes Darkest Dark Theme) 1.11.0.202206271604 (com.genuitec.eclipse.theming.core.feature.feature.group 1.11.0.202206271604)
Missing requirement: Webclipse UDM 13.0.0.202206271604 (com.genuitec.eclipse.monitor 13.0.0.202206271604) requires ‘java.package; org.apache.commons.lang3 3.1.0’ but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:

It looks like MCUXpresso is missing some required Eclipse dependencies.
Go to Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites and ensure the following site is added and enabled.
For MCUXpresso 11.6.1 (based on Eclipse 4.22): https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.22
We have a known issue with DevStyle installation (signature issue) on older versions of Eclipse. Please let us know how it works for you after adding the Eclipse site.–Swapna

Apologies for the delayed response. I see the same problem with DevStyle installation in MCUXpresso 11.6.1/11.5.1.
Theorg.apache.commons.langis at a lower version which is why the installation is failing. I am afraid I cannot suggest any workaround at this point of time. We are looking into it and will get back to you.–Swapna
Genuitec SupportI am using MCUXpresso v11.90_2144 which uses Eclipse Platform 4.28.0.v20230605-0440 When installing I get this error:
Missing requirement: REST Core 2024.1.0.202401312140 (com.genuitec.eclipse.patches 2024.1.0.202401312140) requires ‘java.package; org.objectweb.asm.tree 5.0.1’ but it could not be found. Anyway to fix this? Thank You.
