    Hi,

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

    1. Any anti virus software running in your machine? If yes, then which one?

    2. Please go to this path in the Eclipse installation directory : plugins\com.genuitec.eclipse.code.engine.app.win32.x86_64_3.6.0.202002212104\engine and run the ‘CodeMix Engine.exe’ by double clicking on it. If the engine is fine, then you will see a dialog as shown in the attached screenshot. Please let us know what exactly you see when you run the CodeMix Engine.exe.

    3. If you are on a Windows 10 machine, we recommend you install Eclipse to the user home directory/AppData/Local folder to avoid any permissions related issues when working with CodeMix.

    4. If you are still seeing issues, then please share the .log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log ( rename the extension to .txt and attach it here) to help us get full error details.

    Apologies for inconvenience caused.

    Hi,

Thank you for the screenshots and the log file.
The log reports that there is some problem with the extraction – incomplete fragment for the engine folder. It could be an incomplete installation.

    1. How did you install CodeMix? Is it using the update site or from the Eclipse Marketplace?

    2. Can you please recheck if the anti virus is blocking the extraction? You can add Eclipse folder to the anti virus exclusion list or temporarily turn off the anti virus, uninstall and reinstall CodeMix and check if it fixes the problem.

    3. Alternatively, please install Eclipse to C:\Users\mzakot\AppData\Local folder and then install CodeMix.

    Best regards,

I managed to solve the issue.
The problem as you suggested was antivirus, i disabled it and reinstalled codemix,
and also had to install eclipse in C:\Users\mzakot\AppData\Local, then it started working.

Thank you for your support, you have been very helpfull.
