I can't login for unlock CodeMix.

    Please help me.

    I’ve update my licence.

    I could update licence on my MacBook Air.
    But I can’t update licence on my Windows desktop.

    I red licensing-codemix
    and understood “License Usage and Restrictions”.
    I think to use 2 development machine via 1 licence.

    Sorry that you are seeing this problem.
    You are right that you can install the license on upto two development machines.

    Can you please let us know what exact error you are seeing? If possible, please attach a screenshot of the problem to help us get a visual.
    Also share with us the workspace log file by clicking on the icon for Export Log in the Error Log view, save it as text file and attach it here to help us check for any errors logged.

    Thank you contacted me, I had weekend.

    I start to use latest Eclipse 2019-12 version.
    My old eclipse was Photon. I set “Temporarily disable CodeMix functionaly” and restart eclipse Photpn.
    And exit eclipse Photon.

    Then I start new eclipse 2019-12.

    Again, thank you contacted me.

    Apologies, from your response I assumed you had gotten past this error – sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues.

    You’re seeing the old date because the key you’ve entered doesn’t seem to be getting activated. Can you please share with us your error log? You can find it at [workspace_location]/.metadata/.log

    and delete .codemix.properties file and start eclipse, then re-chalenge CodeMix Update license.
