    Hi Team,

As a part of the quarterly review, we would want to get some metrics like number of active users, no. of total users and usage measurement etc from the SDC. Could you please let us know the way to go.

    Thanks

    Kaushik,

You can find the usage metrics at the Admin Console, at the Dashboard you’ll find the “Usage Metrics” group, in here you can see the Usage in the last 30 days and all time installs, you can also export all the metrics in here, please take a look at https://www.genuitec.com/products/sdc/learning-center/monitoring/usage-metrics/

Let us know how this works for you.

    Kaushik,

Inside the Admin console, there is a green down arrow that allows you to export the available metrics information, these are the “Usage trend…” which is the usage of the last 30 days and the “Machines and developers…” from this last one I think that the active machines/developers will be those that have the revoked “false” that means that those are the entries holding a license, and are all the available users historically since the install of the delivery hub the when column is the last time this machine/developer entry hit the server for usage this will be how you could calculate the active users of your Delivery Hub install. Hopefully, this will get you on the right direction, let us know how this works for you.

    Best Regards
