Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

Can you please give us some more details?

1. Which exact version of angular/cli did you select in the New Angular Project creation wizard?
2. Do you see any errors logged in the Terminal+ while the project creation command is running? If yes, then share the entire contents of the Terminal+ view with us.
3. Also share with us the workspace log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log for further investigation.
