    Good morning,
I just bought a licence and I can’t log in through eclipse to activate, I get the network error attached to this post.

I presume it’s a proxy configuration error, and I’ve created a ticket to the network team of my company. But I wanted to know if you can help me activate any other way while they process my ticket because I can’t use eclipse or work on my project while this is not resolved.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Please see this FAQ regarding proxy setup : https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/configuring-the-network-proxy-settings/

For now, we have converted your license to a key based one which you can activate using the web activation method. I have sent you a PM with the license key details. Please see this FAQ for more details on how to enter the key based license and activate it : https://www.genuitec.com/docs/setup/licensing-codemix/#nbspActivating_a_Commercial_License

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you see any issues.

Thank you for your quick answer.

I believe the proxy configuration was OK on my side.

After discussing the problem with one of our network admin, he added genuitec.com to our proxy exception list, and I was able to login on eclipse with my account.

    the issue is now resolved

    have a nice day
