Stuck on 2017 CI 9

    I see there is a CI 10; but when I choose Update.. it doesn’t.
    Am I missing something?

    Tony,

    I’m assuming you’ve already tried restarting the IDE and repeating the update check.

    Can you please send us your error log from [workspace_location]/.metadata/.log? Any error that would have prevented the update should be logged there.

    Tony,

    According to the build Id in your log file, you already are on CI 10, see this line: eclipse.buildId=15.0.1.CI-010

    The updates are automatically applied after 7 days, is it possible that you didn’t notice? Does Help > About still show CI 9?
