On Feb 15, we released an update to both 9.1 and 10.0 to fix this problem.
How to get the update:
a) If you are connected to the Internet, you can apply the update live as follows:
Go to Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center and the Software Updates section (on either the Dashboard or Software tab) will show you the update to either 10.0.2 or 9.1.2. Select and apply the update to update to the version of MyEclipse which contains this fix.

b) If you download fresh offline or online installers from our Downloads page, these installers have been updated to deliver 10.0.2. The installers will either install fresh 10.0.2 profiles if you choose or you can update your existing profile to 10.0.2 or 9.1.2
To confirm that you have the fix installed, you can to to Help > About > Installation Details and on the Plug-ins tab, confirm that the version of the com.genuitec.eclipse.ast.deploy.core plugin is 10.0.2.me201202070700 or 9.1.2.me201202070700
