Can someone please give me a step by step guide on adding a date picker to a mobione app – have been trying for sometime and every time I do it – it has not worked.

Am just after a basic calender, to which I can add events which become highlighted if something is on – so users can tap date and see what is on.

There are some pretty good Jquery mobile calenders out there. http://dev.jtsage.com/jQM-DateBox/ looks pretty good.

I think there is a datepicker planned for a future release of Mobione.

Thanks for that – however I styill can not get it to work – I select it to on click run javascript, insert the jss code – and it still doesnt work – any idea how I get this to run????

Cab you upload a test project so I can see what your doing? Make sure your loading in all the required JS libraries including Jquery mobile.

Are you getting any errors when you run it in chrome using the javascript console?

Hi There,

Had a look at the file and its not going to work like that. The code you have currently on your button is just the set up links for the JS libraries. The on click needs to be a javascript function located in your custom.js file.

I’ve done a very quick and dirty example using a HTML widget and just the billy basic Jquery datepicker. You could do a got to screen event then have this sort of set up on the new screen??

Just found out that the HTML widget is uber cool!!!!
