Hi Babs,
My apologize for the lack of docs. Getting docs out are on my plate to get moving asap.
Here’s a couple of 2 min videos that might help

Here’s the process I use when developing and testing an iphone design:
1) layout UI design in Design Center
– I incrementally create my app UI, starting by creating a rough flow of pages that I get working and then methodically add more small amounts of detail while testing frequently
2) test frequently in Test Center
– I click the green Run button in the Designer Center quite frequently to see how my design appears in the Test Center iphone emulator. This is fast and easy.
3) test on iphone/itouch device
– once I’m happy with my design I use the “Send to My Phone” (STP) feature stage and share my design for access by my iphone using the MobiOne AppSync service.
Confirm iPhone is configured for AppSync SMS & email Notification
At #3 you should be using the MobiOne 1.0M9 update-2 version as it fixes some early bugs in the AppSync service. Your iphone/itouch should have SMS or email access (SMS N/A on iTouch). When setting up a new iphone device for use with MobiOne I test the SMS and email by sending msgs to the device from my desktop email client. Try testing SMS access by sending email with to this address
<yourphonenumber>@txt.att.net, mailto:9724445577@txt.att.net
I also test my email access from my phone. For example I have a special gmail account for each iphone in our lab. I send email from my desktop to that account and then verify that the iphone’s email client is configured correctly.
Now using the same email addresses I used to manually notify my iphone, I then enter those in the Send To Phone window (page-2). Note there is a 1M limit for design sizes when uploading to AppSync.
I hope this helps.
