Can I put a Mobione developed app on my own website for download and not go through Apple Stores?
If so, which files, and how?

PaIn general, Apple prohibits distribution of apps to the general public outside the app store. The alternative is to distribute a mobile webapp/site. I don’t believe such restrictions apply to android apps which mobione will soon support.
