wlovingMemberHelllo, I recently installed MyEclipse v. 6.6.O. I’m trying to write some queries against a SQLServer database but I’m finding the Database Explorer really buggy and sluggish. It is hanging alot. The only real issue I see in the log files is the following:
!ENTRY com.genuitec.eclipse.core 1 0 2009-04-28 09:11:49.029
!MESSAGE Unable to locate .myeclipse.properties file

Loyal WaterMemberHi,
The .myeclipse.properties should be present in your your user home directory. Did you setup MyEclipse using the All in one installer?
wlovingMemberNope…I already had an existing eclipse implementation and didn’t want to reload a whole new one so I used the updater.
Loyal WaterMemberif you are looking to set the memory arguments, you can add them to the eclipse shortcut since you have setup MyEclipse using the Achive update site installer.
wlovingMemberCan you provide a sample version of the properties file since that seems to be causing problems.
Thanks,
Loyal WaterMemberI have pm’ed u a sample file.
