When the project in question contains a cycle in the build path, the xdoclet build file cannot be regenerated. I assume this is due to a stack overflow.
This is a problem in both 2.6.2 and 2.7.1.
Build path cycles can be downgraded from ERROR to WARNING in the Eclipse preferences, so MyEclipse should not treat a cycle as an error condition.
