wayneModeratorHi Chris,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing startup problems. As you can tell from the startup log MobiOne is built on top of an Eclipse and Java platform. The error code #13 indicates some level of configuration problem. A couple of questions to help us isolate the problem:
1) Can you share the full directory path into which you installed MobiOne?
2) When you launch MobiOne are you using the program menu short-cut or some other method?

stoepsMemberDear Wayne,
thank you for your response.
The installation path of this error was: C:\Genuitec\MobiOne\
and i start mobione with the shortcut in the start menu, but i get the same code 13, when i start mobione.exe in C:\Genuitec\MobiOne\

GregMemberHello Chris,
Sorry to hear that you are having some trouble. To help us diagnosis your issue could you post a couple of log files to this thread? Specifically here is what we would like to grab from your installation.
C:\Genuitec\Mobione\configuration\*.log
(if there aren’t any that is ok)
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\.mobione\runtime\.metadata\*.log
The contents of these files should help us figure out what is going on and suggest your next steps to get everything working.
Greg
stoepsMemberDear Greg,
sure, thanks for your reply. I think you can stop the research. I tested mobione in a second vm and it works perfect.
On the first machine i installed a new virus engine and i found, that IE won’t start now. Perhaps there is a bigger problem with this machine. I will reinstall it.
Thanks for your efforts!
Greetings
Chris
GregMemberGlad to hear you are up and running.
stoepsMemberDear Greg,
only in a VM.
On my main Win XP Installation i get the error.
And there are no log-Files!
The directories you posted aren’t there and yes i have admin rights on the machine.
Greetings
Chris
GregMemberAnything in the C:\Genuitec\MobiOne directory as far as *.log files?
