robert65Memberhi, did you change your development files to distribution during the build?
May 30, 2014 at 4:39 pm #349613
support-michaelKeymasterSee @robert65 instruction to verify that you built your app using an appstore provision profile.
Also what version of Application Loader are you using?
I just ran a test uploading a mobione app using Application Loader 2.9 (439). I understand there is a newer version that I’ll upgrade to and give a try later.Update: I retested using Application Loader 2.9.1 with no issues.

His credibility, is it safe to send them my Apple ID and password?
And what if I want to upgrade my application !
Do I have to send them again and pay 50$
Each time :/ because I don’t have Mac,Regards.

The cost is $5 per app upload which is less than your personal time. That is why we make our users aware of this service. To my knowledge this service has uploaded probably more apps than any one (1,000+). We are not aware of anyone getting being ripped off or having their account compromised.

ba7buMemberMany thanks for your help and cooperation ,
I will let you know after i finish uploading my app
Through the above mentioned website ,
Best regards.June 7, 2014 at 10:01 pm #349715
Paul_paulParticipantIf you’re that worried about it, you can always change your password when the upload is complete. I would be more concerned about your profile error.

support-octavioMemberHi ba7bu,
Please don’t open duplicate threads. We will respond only on the earlier thread.
Can you detail precisely what tools and how you are building your project? Are you using mobione’s app center builder or another method? Note that we verified there are no issues with app center builder the day you opened the thread.

robert65MemberHi, i can vouch for Kyle, i used the service prior to getting my Mac and its great, however if there is a problem with your upload through your provisioning then its $5 down the drain each time and you only find out when the email arrives back to say so, so you need to find out what is going wrong first.

sorry for duplicating threads ,
i used Mobione Version 2.3.2
i can upgrade Mobione version to 2.6.2 instead of 2.3.2 , and i will try to build my application again and upload it one more time and i will send to you if i received any errors , what do you think , is it a good idea ?

thanks for you reply ,
and yes thats what happened with me , after i paid the fees 5$ they said (As my policy states at http://www.appstoreuploader.com/faq once you have rebuilt your application with the required changes you will need resubmit an app upload request through we transfer as well as another payment to have your app uploaded again. I hope once you resolve this problem you will consider using AppStoreUploader.com services for your future upload needs.) -
