When I click on Help| Help content it shows me a blank screen.
    I’m using MyEclipseIDE 2.7

    How this can be fixed?

    Thanks,
    Yakov Fain

    Yakov,
This is actually an Eclipse limitation in that the Help functionality is heavily tied to the platform. On windows is relies in the IE browser component (AFAIK for the 2.x releases). There are actually two problems you could be encoutering, 1 that the internal server hosting the help couldn’t start, and 2 that you don’t have a browser setup to view the help. See this bug in Eclipse’s bugzilla for setting up an external browser:
    https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=18103

Let me know if you are running under Windows however and something is amiss.

I’m under Window, and I do not use netscape as described in the Bugzilla’s issue you’ve mentioned.
I also tried to associate .html with external browser and it did not help either. What do I do next?

Do you see the help tree on the left and just the contents window on the right is blank, do does the window popup and it is completely blank?

Check your <eclipse instsall>\workspace\.metadata\.log file and see if Eclipse is throwing exceptions when trying to start the internal web server that hosts the help file. did you install the Eclipse SDK or the Eclipse JDT package? Have you modified the installation at all?
