Peculiar. Are you sure the validation settings have not been overridden for the first project? They’re at under the project properties at MyEclipse-Validation. Also, if you take the “non-validating” project, right-click in the Package Explorer and select MyEclipse > Run Validation do any errors show up? Can you see the JSP’s being compiled in the status dialog?
