    Hi

I have just installed Eclipse 3.1M4 and I noticed that the JSP editor did not work. I have never had the JSP editor fully functional under MyEclipse so I decided to start from scratch and install a fresh version of eclipse (I backed up my old copy and erased everything from the old eclipse install directory) and Installed everything from scratch. I am using the 3.8.3 release.

Any suggestion on what may be going wrong. The JSP pages come up as regular text.

MyEclipse does not currently support the M-builds of Eclipse 3.1, we are working on syncing up a release of MyEclipse compatible with Eclipse 3.1 as it approaches RC stage so it will be inline with the release.

With the above note in mind, try right clickc on the JSP file > Open With > MyEclipse JSP Editor. If it isn’t there, please install against Eclipse 3.0.1 for the best experience.

Thanks for the info, I actually started down this route because I has having some problems with JSP editing in Eclipse 3.01 – i think another JSP edit plugin was interfering. So It decided to upgrade eclipse. But anyway thanks for the info.
