    It does the same thing the All in One does but it downloads everything instead of unzipping it.

    xmlteam,
    Can you go to http://www.poweredbypulse.com and grab the pulse launcher. After launching the pulse explorer, add the MyEclipse profile to it.

    Does this work for you?

    Regarding Turkish users, please change your Regional Settings to English (United States) before beginning installation. Then the installation runs smoothly.
