it’s very urgent, we are in a release cycle testing.also some more information.
As I mentioned above, we also observed that, we can able to install the plug-ins even if you don’t select all the 66 sub features(manually) under the “Uncategorized” category but just selecting only the parent( “Uncategorized” checkbox).

You need to select all the child features, which will automatically select the parent feature. In case you are able to select the said plugin under uncategorized, please expand the node and check if all the child features are also selected. I am afraid there is no other alternative to this under MyEclipse 7.5. The alternate approach would be if you can find the plugin and feature and add it to [your myeclipse installation dir]/dropins folder. ME 7.5 will automatically pick up the plugin.
