    Hi
I am working for a Japanese software company here in Japan. We are currently using VAJ/Websphere but I have been giving the task of checking out Eclipse and it’s usefullness with a view to changing.

I am running Ecplipse 2.0(Jap version) with Fujitsu Interstage Application Server. I’ve been reading a lot about MyEclipse and it looks great. Working with Ant to do a build has been a nightmare, my Japanese isn’t exactly A1 😳

So my question is will myEclipse work with this Fujitsu interstage Server. Here’s a little info on the whole suite of products:
    http://www.fujitsu.com/services/software/interstage/products/

    thanks in advance

    Paul,

At present we dont’ support Fujitsu’s application server. We basically add server support to MyEclipse based on demand from our user community. You’re actually the first to ask for the Fujitsu server. The thread in which we take our server poll is this one: http://www.myeclipseide.org/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&p=9764#9764

    You can use Fujitsu’s ApWorks.

With 3.8.3, you have the capability to perform full remote debugging, so you should be able to use other servers than the ones we explicitly support. Please see the Remote Debugging tutorial in the bundled help system.
