This IBM site makes it sound like the clear case plugin work for eclipse 3.4, how do I configure it in MyEclipse7.5?

MyEclipse doesn’t provide an integrated support for clearcase.
Here are the steps to install the IBM Clear Case and run:
1) Download the file from the following url – http://download.boulder.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/dw/rational/zip/com.rational.clearcase.win32-20081031A.zip
2) Extract the zip file.
3) Now in MyEclipse go to Help–>Software Updates and click on Add button.
4) Click on Add Local and select the extracted folder.
5) Now, you’ll find the Rational Clear Case Remote Client and SCM Adapter software in your personal software. Select these and click on Install/Apply button
6) After installation, ME asks you to restart. Click OK.
7) Now go to Window–>Preferences–>General–>Capabilities and click on “Enable All” button.
8) Restart ME.
9) After restarting ME, now go to Window–>Customize Perspective–>Command tab and select the Clear Case check box.
10) Now, you’ll find ClearCase entry in the Menu bar.
Please note that, If you don’t have Rational ClearCase Client in your local system you’ll get an exception when you click on ClearCase–>Connect to Rational ClearCase. Please refer to the url – http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?ratlid=cctocbody&rs=984&uid=swg21222388
