shaneumlaufMemberHello staff. I just upgraded the new 2.6 after Jan 2014 and every time I am trying to open the software it crashes. Is there a way I can re download the old verison until you guys fix this. I get the splash load screen then it opens and and then 5 seconds later it crashes on me I am currently using windows 7
Please help $100 is a lot to me and I love the program, but can not use it now after upgrade. Please help

BrandonMemberI have had this problem before. Did you try completely uninstalling, then reinstall verson 2.6?

shaneumlaufMemberYes I have uninstalled it 2 times and about to do my 3rd time. I will try it once again and if it fails I will get back intouch with you so you guys can help me on this issue?

shaneumlaufMemberI installed this once again and I even restarted my PC and it still wants to crash on me please really guys fix this I like the old verison so i can work on my projects

support-michaelKeymasterhi, sorry to hear the upgrade is giving you fits.
Try clearing the MobiOne metadata as follows:
1) open the task manager and ensure there is not a zombie version of mobione.exe running
– if you find a process running, kill it and then try launching mobione again. If mobione.exe does not start proceed to #22) clear the mobione metadata by deleting this directory and then launch mobione
<user-home-dir>\.mobione\.metadata\runtime\plugins, e.g., C:\Users\michael\.mobione\runtime\.metadata\pluginsLet us know if this resolves the issue.

shaneumlaufMemberOk so I have found that in order for it work I did delete the directory you showed me and now it runs smoothly. Thanks. i am glad it works now
