    I can not get the Auto Complete to work with Java, I apprictaed any help on this matter.

    I get the message no completetion is available at the buttom of the screen

    I reinstalled again and I could not get it to work

    I uninstalled and installed MyEclipse 7.0 version. When pronpt update to update to 7.1 version I canclled and auto complete works fine.
    The problem is when I upgrade to 7.1 then the auto complete stops working.

    Adam,
    I tried this with my copy of ME 7.1.1 and auto complete seems to work. I hope you are trying auto-complete inside a method.

    Also, can you please check if the problem persists in a new workspace as well.

    I updated my Eclipse to 7.1.1 Build id: 7.1.1-20090310.
    The auto comlete is not working. Actuall;y the feature stoped working when I was on 7.0 also.
    Here are my seting
    I am usinnf java package explorere view
    Auto compete works for java scripts but not for java classes
