Currently, there is no way to set the line length for JSP pages, so that “format” (CTRL+SHIFT+F) wraps the pages poorly, it also left justifies a lot more of the code than I personally like.
Can we at least get a line length setting for the JSP editor so we can control a little about how the formatting is done?
The formatter is in it’s infancy right now, there should be a fairly large revision to it in our 5.0 release. We appologize for the delay but the formatter is an incredible complex piece of code and is lower priority right now than our big ticket features comming out in the 4.x series.
I am very concerned about the bug you reported however and we will take a look at it as soon as you can send us a sample page.
