    Hi,

I am getting a DB2 driver error when I try to start Tomcat within MyEclipse.
It complains that the driver is not found.
I have added it to the %Catalinea_HOME%/common/lib/db2java.jar.
It works when I start Tomcat outside of MyEclipse environment but not within.
    Any suggestion would be helpful.

    Thanks,
    Hai

    Hai,
You need to “Append to Classpath” your db2java.jar file. Go to Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Application Servers > Tomcat 5 > Paths, from there click the “Add ZIP/JAR” button next to the “Append to Classpath” section, and add it.

    Hi Riyad,

I’ve tried appending the db2java.jar file to classpath in MyEclipse preference but I am still getting the same error below. It will work if I start Tomcat outside of the MyEclipse IDE. My environment has the following configurations:

    Win2K
    SUN JDK 1.4.2.03
    Eclipse 3.0M8
    MyEclipse 3.7.2

    Thanks for you help,
    Hai
