    JD,
Thank you for doing this, make sure you check out the CVS project into a Web Project as well (Java Projects are not officially supported and can give really flaky behavior that can become a real headache)

I decided that I want to use the most stable 3.x version of MyEclipseIDE and Eclipse Combination instead of the beta versions to avoid the typical issues that arise in beta versions of tools.

Okay, I reinstalled Eclipse (version 3.0.1) and MyEclipseIDE (3.8.4), created my projects including the one that was causing the problems. I basically did the exact same thing that I did with the beta versions of MyEclipseIDE (3.8.4Beta) and Eclipse(3.1M4) and it worked flawlessly.

I gather from this that the combination of Eclipse 3.1M4 and MyEclipseIDE 3.8.4Beta aren’t ready for primetime.

Thanks for your help. I guess I should have stayed away from the beta products.

    JD,
I am glad everything is working now. Betas are a tricky bunch, they work fine for some and really terrible for others. I always like waiting until people have beaten on a piece of software for a while before I jump in 😉
