    Hello,
I’m trying to install MyEclipse Blue 9.0M2 on my environment, but F-Secure Antivirus always finds a Trojan.Heur in “installer\pulse-one-32.exe”, erases this file and installer throws error. I have myeclipse-blue-9.0M2-offline-installer-windows.exe installer.

Image of the error and AntiVirus:

I tried installing it and unzipping it with 7zip but the result is always the same.
    Does anyone meet this problem?
    Thank you for your assistance!

    jan.j.novak,

There is definitely no trojan or virus in the installer; the new installation technology in our installers can sometimes be incorrectly recognized as a virus. Thanks for reporting this, we will send this on to our installer team for further analysis.

I would recommend you an alternative of installing using pulse. Please do the following –

    1. Open Pulse (Start > Pulse > Pulse Explorer or download from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
    2. Select Eclipse 3.6 – Helios realm from top left hand corner dropdown
    3. Expand and click on – Ready to use Profiles > Popular
    4. Select MyEclipse Blue Edition 9.0 M2 from the right hand pane, right click on the same and click on [Install and run]
    5. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps.

Let me know how this works for you.

The installation works but I’m not sure if it is usable for distribution from server.
I was trying to make silent deployment (installing and repacking) of MyEclipse Blue Edition.
I can try changing paths in configuration files, but I’m not sure if it will be flawless then after deployment.

Or is there a way how to install MyEclipse Blue Edition so I can use it for silent deployment?
And how about licensing? It seems that in previous version the licensing was done by .myeclipse-blue file in %USERPROFILE% directory. How is done it now?

OK. problems solved. I have installed MyEclipse Blue using myeclipse-blue-9.0M2-offline-installer-windows.exe installer on older computer with older antivirus, then deleter uninstallation folder ( which also caused my antivirus problem ), packed it in zip and i will deploy it from server like that. it seems to work.
    Thanks for your help.
