Code_AMemberI run into this problem sporadically on my pc too. Usually it will work though after a few failed attempts in a row. I made chrome my default browser thinking it might help and it seemed to initially, but now it is back to sporadically giving me this message again.
Sorry, I am not much help….

support-octavioMemberHi shahin,
I’m escalating this as it is something we used to see and I believe it has been fixed in the latest version of mobione (2.6.1).
In the meantime could you share your Mobione and Chrome version, also your OS installed.March 4, 2014 at 5:40 pm #347740
Code_AMemberAh. I was still using version 2.5. Just updated to 2.6.1. Hopefully that fixes the issue! Will definitely be happy to get rid of that error message.

tohayonMemberHi,
I am still getting this browser error when I try to run the simulator.OS: win 8.1
Chrome: version 33.0.1750.146 m (up to date)
Mobi: 2.6.1 trial versionIs there something else I need to add as a plug-in?
thanks.March 6, 2014 at 9:27 am #347811
support-michaelKeymasterThe Simulator creates and runs in special chrome profile. It is possible that this custom chrome profile could be corrupted in some odd way. Try deleting it.
1) shut down mobione
2) open file explorer and nav to <userhomedir>/AppData/Local/Temp
3) delete the directory named: mobione_mobilewebsimulator_userdata
4) restart mobione, cross fingers/knock wood and launch the simulator: Tools menu> Open Mobile Web Simulator See attachment del-sim-profile-dir.pngAttachments:
