What is the device you are testing your video? Please specify model and OS.
Also, have you check if the video renders fine on it?January 14, 2014 at 3:06 pm #346029

support-michaelKeymasterSeriously?
If you want us to look at this quickly then help us by providing access to your video source.
Otherwise I’m queuing this case and will get to it later when I have time to mess around with generating data and guessing at exactly what your problem might be.January 17, 2014 at 1:33 am #346142
hoidaonguyenMemberA good programers @ FB no need to ask the evident, they will find the ways to duplicate and solve
the problem……….
However YOUR GUYS already have the step how to solve it, BUT still don’t know what to do..
Hummm, THATS BAD…! Don’t call your self a software developers…! BAD…BAD…WAsted my $ to purchased MOBIONE program..!January 17, 2014 at 8:27 am #346153
support-michaelKeymasterHelp us solve your problem and stop the unproductive insults. In a previous post you stated you need your issue resolved quickly. The quickest way to resolving your problem is to help us replicate your scenario “exactly”. That is why I requested access to your video resource (it would be nice to see your code as well). Yes, we will run our video test cases and try a few new variations. But that will NOT be exactly your situation and we will probably experience different results from yours. Then we will be further behind in helping resolve your issue. There can be many differences with in a particular video format, e.g. resolution, level of quality… Not all H264 profiles will play on all devices.
Additional info needed:
1) what version of android
2) are you using the mobione video widget or did you implement your own video player, e.g., use html5 <video>
3) if you refuse to share your video resource with us then at least provide a full listing of the video stream/file propertiesJanuary 17, 2014 at 10:44 am #346165
hoidaonguyenMember1. Original video file was recorded from Panasonic HDC-TM15 (AVCHD)
2. Use dvdvideosoft.com (video covert 2 MP4)
3. Uploaded to DailyMotion.com
4. Use mobione video widget
5. Link to My video URL on DailyMotion.com
6. Build apk
7. Install to Samsung Galaxy 10″ Tablet
8. Run the video
9. “won’t run…”*****Very sample situation*****

support-octavioMemberHi hoidaonguyen,
>ANY NEWS ON THIS ISSUE….Sir !
Yes, we have identified an issue with some versions of android. Our dev team is continuing to look at it. Will provide an update as soon as there is more info to share. The trick is we are seeing new versions of android now breaking features that have worked for a long time. There is nothing quick about these investigations as we have more fragmentation and must be careful not to break older versions while adapting to newer versions of android.January 20, 2014 at 7:01 pm #346250
hoidaonguyenMemberThanks, good to know
