    Hi,

    i am just a beginer in using Eclipse. My problem is that i try to create a new J2EE web project and i get an error with the web.xml file.

    From what i could understand is that web.xml need as validation a file which is:
    http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/web-app_2_4.xsd

    If you look there you’ll find that includes other files and one of the is j2ee_1_4.xsd;
    If you go to :
    http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/j2ee_1_4.xsd
    you’ll see that includes the following:

    http://www.ibm.com/webservices/xsd/j2ee_web_services_client_1_1.xsd

    page that was recently removed from IBM website.

    So my question is how do i solve this problem….

    Hope anyone has a solution… 😥 😥

    Thanks

    From your post I can’t follow if you are a MyEclipse user or a general Eclipse user… if you are a MyEclipse user, please state what version you are using and the step-by-step instructions of how to reproduce your problem.
