When I try to install the development version it fails to install with the message: The installer you are attempting to use is out of date. The software that this installer delivers is no longer available on the original download servers. Download a new version of this installer and then re-attempt installation.
I just downloaded this installer today, so is there a problem with the installer or is there no development version available? I actually have a requirement for using version 9.1, but I do not see that as an option anywhere. Any help is appreciated.

Can you please share us the details from where you have downloaded the installer ?
I strongly recommend upgrading to MyEclipse 10.7.1(latest version) to take advantage of over 2-3 years of development work and several new features added to MyEclipse. You can download MyEclipse 10.7.1 from here : http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&req=Download&version=ME
However, all requests for previous releases are handled by our sales team to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please send an email to sales@genuitec.com and they will be able to assist you. Be sure to include your name, subscription id, subscription code, MyEclipse version desired, and operating system so they can provide the correct download link without delay.
Support for all current and prior versions of MyEclipse is included with annual subscription, so please feel free to ask any product-related questions in these forums.
I downloaded from the downloads page. I clicked on the Development Stream for myeclipse10 and got to the page http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&req=Download&version=DevReleases. I then clicked on the Custom Installer button for the Windows version.
What I really need is version 9, but we I do not currently have a subscription and wanted to see if 10 would work first before I went any further. This seemed like the easiest route.

Can you please tell us the reasons why you want to download MyEclipse development release ? And also please tell us why you need MyEclipse 9 version ?
I suggest you download and install MyEclipse 10.7.1(latest version) from the following link and check if it works for you. (If you are on Windows, please click “Download” under MyEclipse 10.7.1(Windows) in the following link )
