I assume the GA release of 2.7 is still forthcoming today. Is there any additional features added to the GA release since Release Candidate 2?

Actually, the release should be forthcoming this weekend sometime. A showstopper was found in late QA testing and the decision was made to fix it and hold the rollout.

Regarding changes since RC2, there are over 90 bug fixes and enhancements in the GA release.
