Running Windows XP

With Eclipse 3.2.2 installed in my c:\eclipse folder, I install the plug-in version (not full stack). All goes well. When I start MyEclipse, I don’t get the MyEclipse 5.5 splash, instead I get the Eclipse 3.2 splash. The shortcut doesn’t have the osgi.splashLocation parameter. I also noticed that I don’t get the HTML Designer and the other items. Does this mean they are only part of the full stack?

If I install the full stack, I get the correct splash screen and all the other features.

On a separate note, is there a way, when installing the full stack, to have it install eclipse in the c:\eclipse folder rather than in a subdirectory of myeclipse?

You are correct. The splash screen, HTML Designer and other items come with the Full Stack Installer. And there is no way to install eclipse in a separate folder when using the Full Stack installer.
