I uninstalled 5.5, installed full 6.0. I even ran it with the -clean option. My subscription is up to date.
But when I try some ‘advanced’ , I am getting the “SUBSCRIPTION KEY PROBLEM” dialog box. Even after entering my valid code I still get this error dialog, with the “too many users using this subscription key”. Well, it was the same number of users when I was on 5.5, just one – me. And I had installed it on my 2 home computers, which I think I am allowed to do.

CarlosCan you switch to a brand new workspace and check if the key works. If it does’t, can you send an email to subscriptions@genuitec.com with your account name and the problem you are facing.
