I tried to install MyEclipse 9.0
– Go to
http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&req=Download&version=ME
– choose the first option (MyEclipse 9.0 Custom Installer. Get Started >>)
– select the 1st preset (All) and clicked Install.It downloads for a while and runs the MyEclipse 8.6 Installer.

I could replicate it at my end. Thank you for reporting it. I have raised a PR for the team to fix it.
Alternatively you can use Pulse to install the ME 9.0. Here are the steps :
1. Open pulse(If you don’t have pulse, download the same from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
2. Login to pulse
3. Select “Eclipse – Helios” realm from top left hand corner dropdown
4. Click and expand – Ready to use profiles > Popular
5. From the right hand pane, right click on “MyEclipse 9” and click on [run]
6. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps.Let me know how this works for you.

I’m sorry for the confusion, the first “custom installer” link is actually an 8.6 installer and was left on the page by accident. We will be removing it.
Please use Pulse Explorer as suggested above or pick the custom installer links that are specific to your operating system in the sections below the first link.
