How do you build a mobile phone simulator using the PC? What do I need to convert a PC into a mobile phone simulator? What are the devices needed for transmissions and reception? Is there a code I can get to upload into my PC to make it work? Is the code also written in Java?

Can you share what your objetive is? Your questions are very general. f.i. what do you mean with building a mobile phone simulator using the PC?
Note that Mobione includes the Mobile web simulator that is web based and runs in chrome. It does not provide binary emulation such that you can install an app from the appstore. The intent of the MobiOne simulator is to provide a quick preview and debug environment prior to the heavier native app build, deploy and binary debug processes. I hope this helps.
