azmaylMemberWhen ever I attempt to access either the documentation to Getting Started or Tips and Tutorials I don’t have access. Shouldn’t these be PUBLIC accessable files?
As that this paid for product comes with very little documentation, there shouldn’t we have access to even the elementary ones?
You don’t have permission to access /mobile/mobione/1.0/docs/design-center/getting-started.html on this server.

azmaylMemberWayne, Thank you for your prompt responses to all of our various inquiries and bugs found with MobiOne.
However the lack of documentation is very frustrating to those of us who have purchased and are trying to learn the product beyond the simple html websites. It’s hard to justify the purchase price when there has been no updates to the documentation or the videos on your main website for over 2 months. Please ask whom ever is in charge of documentation on this product to increase the priority of releasing documentation other than this forum.

support-michaelKeymasterI actually just got off a call discussing this unfortunate situation and user discontent (your voices have been heard – really). It is not that we don’t like docs and aren’t trying but rather 2 back to back false starts with personnel that did not deliver. Working on it now (again).

greglandersMemberYep, I am also really wanting to see the rest of the docs. Especially the video called “Linking Databases” … I have an online application written in Coldfusion on top of a MySQL database and I want to build a mobile app to run off the existing data but, for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to wire up Mobi to that database …
I must say that the application is really off to a good start. I have found it very intuitive and easy to work with. However the lack of documentation is the only thing holding back from purchasing a license. I hope to some further developments soon.
Thanks!

azmaylMemberAlthough nothing new has been added to the tutorial section, there is one now. I am sure you get tired of hearing complaints all the time, so I thought I would send somes Kudos.
Looking forward to new material and iPad and Android
