accessing apple provision portal issue

    i already have apple ios developer membership, but when i log into the ios provisioning portal the page displays “you have no access”. I wounder if this is because im logging from windows os ?!! i need this step to generate certificate to upload my application in apple store.

    Hi Kifo,

    Do you have a paid iOS developer membership ($100 USD)? A full dev membership or greater is required to access the provisioning portal.
