Mobione does not support wake lock.
That being said I am aware of a javascript API for accessing wake lock. This would of course be out of scope for any kind of support on our side with implementing the library. I am not sure if it would work with Mobione, or if it works at all for that fact, but if you need it could certainly be worth a look: http://boiler23.github.io/screen-wake/

However, if you are having specific errors and can post some samples of what you are trying and what issues you are having we may be able to offer some assistance.
