Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.

Did you setup MyEclipse using the All in One installer?

Thanks for the installation detail. What is the type of application you were trying to deploy and what is the application server? Also can you please send me your .log file which is located under [Workspace directory]\.metadata\.log This will help me dig more into this issue. Thanks for your patience.

Can you also let us know what kind of a project you trying to deploy. Is it a simple web project? Are you able to deploy simple web projects without issues?
