Hi,

When I tried to add short cut in Android 4.3, the icon is always the default bookmark icon even if I have already inserted a specific icon image when I was developing using MobiOne..

Please help.

We are aware for some differences in the form of the web shortcut icon created by the former default web browser in Android 4.2 and earlier versions and the Chrome browser. We have seen web shortcut icons created with Chrome includes a border with dog-ear corner.

Can you share more details to help us replicate the issue? Please answer next questions:

1) What is your mobione version?
2) What is your device model? What browser are you using?
3) Can you share a screenshot please?
4) Have you been successful creating any web shortcuts for which the original icon was rendered fully? If yes could you share the url?
