can anyone advise what I am doing wrong, I am trying to load my app on to another phone but it stops 3/4 of the way through and the message comes up saying that it “could not be installed at this time” I have set up the phone in my apple devices and have the profile on the phone , any ideas?

I had this problem. It turned out to be a problem with the provisioning file. I had to regenerate a new one to get it to work.

You could have just edited an existing ad hoc profile to include a newly added device, then download the edited profile to replace it.
