Please can someone help. I am trying to write the js code in the custom file to add Annual Sales + Annual Sales + Annual Sales to = Total Annual Sales.
I have worked on this for hours and can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. I know it’s a simple answer–can you please help?

Your problem is with the selector name. You’re using #m1-untitled2-ann1Field and should be #m1-Untitled2-ann1Field
