You can do any of the following to open any of the following type of files (html, css, js, xml, text):
1) From within MobiOne 2.5, use the File menu>Open action
2) From the File Explorer, dbl click any file
3) From the File Explorer, right-click on any file and choose the Open action
4) Create a new file from the File Explorer context-menu (i.e., the right-click menu)
