After I performed the auto update from 6.6 to 7.0 when prompted, Projects with Reports would no longer deploy. I understand that the libraries have changed, and I located the page about importing reports from 6.5 into 7.0 GA; I have no Report Web Project wizard anymore (in the shift-alt-n menu). I do have a Wizard for report development, but the link from the opening screen to create a new Report Web Project does not work.

I also notice that the MyEclipse Perspective is missing (is that a new ‘feature’?), and when I click on Manage MyEclipse Plugins from the MyEclipse menu, I get a “Dashboard Not Available” dialog that says I need a full version (which I though I had). I have a professional subscription.

    What happened?

Install of bundled installation works around this of course. Then had to wrestle with Pulse, as have others.

Bottom line, this should not have appeared as an “update” to the previous version in the notify pop-up.
