I go out weekly for updates and since the end of may I get:

    Update Manager
An internal error occured during: “Update Manager”.

    Also displays ERRORS within:
Eclipse RCP Patch 1 for 3.2.2.3.2.2.v20070507_322
Eclipse RCP Patch 2 for 3.2.2.3.2.2.v20070507_322
Eclipse RCP Patch 3 for 3.2.2.3.2.2.v20070507_322

Currently I have these three disable but I would prefer to have the IDE complete and up to date.

    Assitance? Ideas?

In MyEclipse 5.5, an automatic update system had been introduced so you wont have to go and check for updates all the time. You will get prompted as and when the updates are released. I suggest you setup MyEclipse using the 5.5.1 Full Stack installer.

Since this release provides support for a completely new Eclipse SDK platform (3.3) there is no upgrade path from MyEclipse 5.5 or earlier versions due to platform API changes. A full installation must be performed for this release, however follow-on releases of MyEclipse 6.x will be available using the Eclipse update manager.

So another release from 5.5.1 GA is released?
