    I am using MyEclispe Blue version 9.1 Blue, running on Windows 7. I am trying to run Software Updates through MyEclispe Configuration Center, I am getting “An internal error occurred during: “Accessing information”. [Lorg/eclipse/equinox/internal/simpleconfigurator/utils/BundleInfo;

    This is happening with any update I am attempting. In this case I tried to do Subversive Plug-in (w/related) update. Even I tried with other software updates. getting same error. I tried to run MyEclispe as administrator (windows service account), still can not resolve the issue. Any help id appreciated.

    amudgapalli,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I see that your post is dated 16 Dec. We faced a server outage on 16th. You might have tried to run updates during this time. I would recommend you retry. In case this is still an issue, please provide below details –
    1. Open MyEclipse Blue IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and copy and paste the same here
    2. Attach screenshot of Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center > Software tab
    3. Clear your .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log, replicate the issue and attach file here
