When I first open MyEclipse and click on the Android icon which opens the “Android SDK and AVD Manager” I get an error that states, “Location of the Android SDK has not been setup in the preferences”. On any subsequent click on that icon, the Android SDK and AVD Manager is opened. If I go to Window -> Preferences and click on Android, the location of my SDK is clearly marked and a list of Targets populates the space below it. I believe this may be a bug in MyEclipse. Please let me know what you think. (Note: It is quite possible I could have something configured wrong).[/quote]

    ssquire,

I could not replicate the issue at my end.

    1) Can you please share your installation details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details ? Paste them here.

    2) How did you install MyEclipse ? Is it through Pulse / All -In-One installer / Archived Update site ?

    3) Can you switch to a new workspace, enter the SDK location and check if the issue persists ?

    4) Do you see any errors logged in the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log ? If yes then paste them here.

Sorry Swapna. The issue is resolved. It only happens if I don’t have a project open. I’m good to go!

Thanks for being patient with me.
