As title.
On marketplace I see the webclipse plugin and the Angular IDE plugin.

Should I install both or Webclipse “contains” Angular IDE?

Webclipse will include all the functionality of Angular IDE. If you just need Angular functionality, you could install Angular IDE, else install Webclipse.
